The in-depth popularization of intelligent technology and the full arrival of digital survival have profoundly reshaped human production methods, communication patterns and spiritual life. While improving the efficiency of social operation, it also brings the weakening and alienation of humanistic care. The excessive expansion of technological rationality, the replacement of human-computer interaction with interpersonal connection, and the concealment of life value by instrumental thinking have jointly caused the realistic dilemma of humanistic care in contemporary society. From the perspective of humanities and social sciences, combining field investigation and theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the specific manifestations and underlying causes of the lack of humanistic care in the age of intelligent technology, explores the realistic path and practical direction of the return of humanistic care, and explains the important social significance of reconstructing humanistic care for individual mental health, harmonious social relations and sustainable civilization development, so as to provide theoretical reference and thinking for the all-round development of human beings and the return of humanistic value in the context of intelligent society.
