Abstract

This paper systematically explores the model characteristics, practical effects and applicability of traditional and intelligent library reading therapy in alleviating the inferiority complex of poor college students, and proposes the integration path and implementation strategies of the two. Research has found that traditional reading therapy emphasizes interpersonal interaction and emotional resonance, providing in-depth support through offline group activities. Intelligent reading therapy relies on big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies to achieve personalized recommendations and wide coverage, and has advantages such as strong privacy protection and low participation threshold. In view of the psychological characteristics and actual needs of impoverished students, the two models are complementary. The article designs an integration path from four levels: platform, process, resources and mechanism, constructs a service system that combines online and offline collaboration, standardization and personalization, and puts forward stratified and classified implementation suggestions and safeguard measures. The research aims to provide theoretical and practical references for university libraries to deepen mental health services and enhance the psychological resilience of impoverished students.
