Abstract

Accidental injury is a sudden physical injury event. Due to its unpredictability and the suddenness of its harmful consequences, it is extremely easy for the injured to fall into a dual stress state of psychology and physiology. Since the psychological reactions caused by trauma are difficult to cure, they not only directly affect patients' compliance with treatment and the degree of physical rehabilitation, but also exert irreversible adverse effects on the injured's subsequent quality of life and social adaptability. Taking the population with accidental injuries as the research object, this paper sorts out the core types of their traumatic psychological reactions, constructs a scientific and operable three-level evaluation system for traumatic psychological reactions combined with clinical practice, and analyzes the phased and individualized characteristics of such reactions. It further explores the influencing factors at the individual, social and medical levels, conducts empirical analysis by integrating quantitative forms and two typical clinical cases, and then puts forward targeted graded precision intervention strategies. The research aims to realize the coordinated promotion of physical rehabilitation and psychological rehabilitation, and provide practical references for clinical medical treatment and community rehabilitation work.
