The deep integration of digital technology and the cultural tourism industry is giving rise to new consumption patterns and market potential. This study focuses on the activation path of blockchain technology for cultural and tourism consumption, especially from the perspective of vocational education talent cultivation, it explores how to systematically build a "technology-culture-business" compound talent support system that is suitable for the future development of the digital cultural and tourism industry. By analyzing the current predicaments of the cultural and tourism consumption market in terms of trust construction, product homogenization, shallow experience and insufficient value conversion, and combining the enabling mechanisms of blockchain technology in rights confirmation and traceability, credit construction, experience innovation and incentive reshaping, this study proposes that the supply-side reform of vocational education is a key hub connecting technological potential and industrial demand. This article integrates cutting-edge practical cases such as metaverse cultural tourism projects, digitalization of intangible cultural heritage, and micro-professional construction, and constructs a four-dimensional vocational education innovation path model that includes "reshaping of training objectives - reconstruction of curriculum systems - upgrading of practical fields - innovation of evaluation mechanisms". Ultimately, from the perspective of industry-education collaboration, Propose a blockchain-based closed-loop practical plan for activating cultural and tourism consumption, which takes talent as the engine and drives "technology empowerment, scene innovation, and business model reshaping".
