Cultivation and Challenges of Double-Qualified Teachers under the Integration of Medical Aesthetics and Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation

With the rapid development of medical aesthetics and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health preservation, the integration of these two fields has become a key factor in enhancing industrial competitiveness, forming a comprehensive healing model. Against this backdrop, cultivating a team of double-qualified teachers is crucial to improving education quality and boosting industrial development. This paper explores the current situation, existing problems and countermeasures of the double-qualified teacher team under the integration of medical aesthetics and TCM health preservation, and analyzes such issues as teachers' insufficient practical experience and the imperfect education system. It puts forward optimization paths including improving the vocational education training system, strengthening practical teaching, promoting school-enterprise cooperation, and establishing a diversified evaluation mechanism. Combined with the particularity of the field, this study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for educational reform and teacher team construction, and prospects the importance of strengthening industrial cooperation and international education in the future.
