Abstract

The implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy has reshaped the extracurricular training ecosystem, significantly reducing academic training and ushering in a period of development opportunities for non-academic courses. However, the advertising ban has hindered the traditional customer acquisition channels of educational and training institutions. Private domain traffic operation, with its characteristics of low-cost reach, strong relationship linkage, and reusability, has become a key path for the marketing transformation of non-academic courses for educational and training institutions. Based on the analysis of the transformation dilemmas faced by educational and training institutions under the "Double Reduction" policy, this paper explores the feasibility and compliance boundaries of private domain traffic operation, systematically constructs a full-chain private domain operation strategy from public domain traffic diversion, reception and precipitation, content operation, conversion and repurchase, to the fission of old customers bringing new ones, and proposes user conversion optimization suggestions combined with the psychological mechanism of trust-driven consumption.
