Abstract

Perceived organizational support for preschool teachers refers to the subjective psychological perception formed by teachers in the kindergarten workplace context regarding the work support, value recognition, rights protection, and humanistic care provided by the organization, leaders, and colleagues. It serves as a key antecedent variable affecting teachers’professional mindset, work behaviors, and career development. Domestic scholars have conducted localized empirical studies on this variable. This paper systematically reviews its conceptual definition, measurement tools, and theoretical foundations, and analyzes influencing factors and mechanisms at both external and internal levels, aiming to refine the relevant theoretical framework and provide theoretical references for kindergarten teacher management and the optimization of teachers’professional development.
