Traditional Qiang musical instruments are an important part of the intangible cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, carrying the historical memory, religious beliefs, and emotional expression of the Qiang people. Based on the research content of a project funded by the Sichuan Education Development Research Center, this paper systematically expounds the cultural connotations of traditional Qiang musical instruments and the dilemmas of their transmission, demonstrates the functional positioning and unique advantages of universities in the living transmission of intangible cultural heritage, and proposes the core concept of moving from "cultural introduction" to "educational internalization" and "innovative symbiosis." Furthermore, it constructs a "Five-in-One" implementation path encompassing the systematization of curriculum and teaching, the diversification of the teaching faculty, the club-based organization of practical activities, the innovation-oriented transformation of scientific research, and the collaborative development of social services. This path model aims to promote the transformation of the protection mode for Qiang intangible cultural heritage from "museum-style preservation" to "campus-based living transmission," providing theoretical reference and practical solutions for the localization of ethnic music education systems in universities.
