Abstract

Taking the fundamental task of "cultivating people with morality" as the starting point, this study starts from the impact of the dimension of psychological literacy of college teachers on students' psychological resilience, integrates the theories of social learning, ecosystem and emotional infection, and expounds the theoretical mechanism of teachers to promote the development of students' mental resilience through role models and emotional atmosphere creation. After analysis, it is found that there are many obstacles to the implementation of this influence mechanism, including the cognitive bias of teachers' roles, insufficient professional ability, the lack of incentive system in colleges and universities, and the weakening of teacher-student interaction. Therefore, a systematic strategy is proposed to reshape the role of teachers' "psychological coaches" and incorporate psychological literacy into the core scope of their professional development. Create an integrated training and tool support system, reform the evaluation system to motivate psychological education, create a resilience-oriented campus culture and collaborative education ecology, and promote the all-round development of students.
