With the accelerating aging of the population and the widespread adoption of digital technologies, the demand for composite talents in the field of intelligent elderly care is becoming increasingly urgent. Teachers, as the core entities in talent cultivation, directly impact the quality of talent development through their digital literacy. Based on domestic and international research, this paper analyzes the current state and existing issues of digital literacy among teachers specializing in elderly care. It explores effective paths for enhancing the digital literacy of these teachers from three dimensions: constructing a training system, driving teaching integration, and improving safeguard mechanisms. This provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting digital reforms in elderly care education and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in the field of intelligent elderly care.
