Big Data Empowering Industry-Education Integration: The Synergistic Logic and Implementation Pathways for Managing Special Students and Ensuring Stable Employment in Higher Education

As the strategy of integrating industry and education continues to deepen, practical challenges remain in achieving synergistic development between the management of students with special needs in higher education institutions and ensuring their stable employment. Big data technology offers a viable path to addressing these challenges. Based on an analytical framework encompassing three dimensions—student development, industry needs, and the collaborative ecosystem—this paper explores specific application pathways for big data technology among students with special needs and proposes practical solutions, including establishing an accessible, integrated data platform; creating dynamic profiles of students with special needs; deepening data collaboration between industry and education; and establishing a full-cycle employment tracking mechanism. At the same time, this paper establishes a support system covering four aspects—privacy protection, data sharing, faculty development, and effectiveness evaluation—to help ensure that the management of students with special needs and employment stability work in tandem and achieve synergistic efficiency gains, thereby providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting high-quality employment among these students.
