Abstract

As a core basic course for economics and management majors, Management is both scientific and social, and an important carrier for integrating curriculum ideology and politics. Under the guidance of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, the in-depth integration of ideological and political elements into Management classroom teaching is not only an inevitable requirement for strengthening value guidance and cultivating contemporary economic and management talents, but also a key path for promoting management teaching reform and improving the quality of curriculum education. Based on the current situation of Management teaching in colleges and universities, combined with the policy requirements of curriculum ideology and politics construction and typical teaching cases, this paper systematically analyzes the educational value and core functions of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into Management classroom, and dissects the existing practical problems such as rigid integration, fragmented elements, single evaluation and insufficient teacher professionalism. Finally, from four dimensions: excavation of ideological and political elements, innovation of teaching mode, improvement of evaluation system and construction of teacher team, this paper puts forward operable pathway construction schemes, so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics construction in Management course of colleges and universities.
