Abstract

Red financial culture, as a spiritual treasure distilled throughout the Communist Party of China's century-long leadership in financial affairs, embodies educational principles characterized by "firm faith, loyalty to the people, fairness and integrity, rigorous financial management, and upholding tradition while fostering innovation." This paper elucidates the value rationale for integrating red financial culture into holistic education systems across three dimensions—alignment of objectives, content relevance, and suitability of stakeholders—and analyzes practical implementation mechanisms through four aspects: resource transformation, curriculum integration, institutional safeguards, and stakeholder engagement. The study concludes that, due to its hierarchical resource structure and progressive spiritual essence, red financial culture naturally aligns with the tiered educational objectives of "initial exposure in primary education, recognition in secondary education, and practical application in higher education." Financial vocational colleges, positioned as bridges between these stages, can play a unique role in resource dissemination and collaborative education within this educational ecosystem.
