Research on the Collaborative Development and Utilization of Cross-regional Red Archive Resources in the Context of Big Data: A Theoretical Framework and Practical Exploration Based on the Supply Chain Model (Taking the Eastern Mongolia Region as an Example)

Abstract

Red archive resources are the core carrier for inheriting the red gene and continuing the revolutionary spirit, and their cross-regional collaborative development is a key path to serve national strategies and promote cultural inheritance. However, current cross-regional red archives face problems such as "information islands", uneven digitalization levels, and weak collaboration mechanisms, which urgently require innovative theoretical and technical support. This paper introduces the theoretical framework of archive information sharing under the supply chain management model, combines the characteristics of big data technology, takes the cross-regional red archive collaboration practice in eastern Inner Mongolia (Hulunbuir City, Hinggan League, Tongliao City, Chifeng City, Xilingol League) as a case, and adopts literature research method, case analysis method, comparative research method and technical path analysis method to systematically explore the value, necessity, current situation and challenges of cross-regional red archive resource collaborative development under the background of big data, and proposes a supply chain-style solution. The research shows that cross-regional red archive resource collaboration can draw on the "data layer-application layer-strategic layer" information sharing hierarchy of the supply chain, and rely on big data technology to build a unified sharing platform, innovate development paths, and improve the collaboration mechanism; its core value is reflected in inheriting red memories, empowering red education, and promoting regional development; the current practice in eastern Inner Mongolia has made breakthroughs in resource integration and joint operation, but still faces challenges such as connectivity (unified digital standards, insufficient technology integration), resource-related issues (weak collaborative trust, security risks), and talent mechanisms. The research provides theoretical reference and practical paths for the collaborative development of cross-regional red archive resources, and is of great significance for promoting the high-quality dissemination of red culture and serving the regional integration strategy in eastern Inner Mongolia.
