Title Research on the Mechanism, Path and Policy Optimization of Rural Revitalization Driven by the Dual Engine of "Cultural Tourism + Agricultural Specialties" in Shandong Province

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the digital economy, promoting the in-depth integration of cultural tourism resources and agricultural specialty products has become a vital direction for implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Based on the actual development situation of Shandong Province, this paper systematically sorts out the current status of integrated development of "cultural tourism + agricultural specialties", and identifies existing structural constraints including insufficient coordination between cultural tourism resources and agricultural specialties, mismatch between product supply and market demand, low conversion efficiency of live-streaming e-commerce, unbalanced regional development and imperfect supporting systems. From the analytical perspective of "scenario-driven value transformation", this paper constructs a three-stage value transmission model of "cultural tourism traffic attraction — agricultural specialty value conversion — live-streaming value amplification", and elaborates the internal mechanisms of transforming cultural tourism resources into consumption scenarios, upgrading agricultural specialties into branded commodities, and realizing value amplification via live-streaming e-commerce.
